I got an email from the Detroit Free Press today that they are launching a new website called Motor City Moms.  I logged on and created a profile.  I like the site.  Even though it is new, people already seem to be posting interesting discussions on the boards.  My mom told me about Michigan Moms, but I wasn’t as impressed because it is for all of Michigan and when you click on the Suburban Detroit link at the top, it just takes you to the Hometown life homepage.  Motor City Moms seems much more locally oriented and relevant to being a mom in Metro Detroit.
